Sep. 1 2021 Airstream Kitchen By Julie

When you are living in an RV full-time cooking in such a little space is a challenge. But, it can be fun and as simple as cooking in a home kitchen with a little adjustment and preparation. It is not as difficult as it seems to cook in a little space. Here we will discuss 4 myths about cooking in an Airstream.

Small Space In An Airstream To Cook

If you have only two heaters and no oven like us you completely have enough space to cook. Sometimes you have an oven but you are not often using it because of some reason. You just have to follow these space-saving suggestions to make space in your small kitchen of an Airstream RV.

  • To use an extra space clear off your dining table.

  • To produce more space in a travel trailer cover your sink with a cutting board.

  • Make only one or two recipes in an Airstream van that take only one or two saucepans to handle your space of heater.

  • Take the cooking outside if you just require more space in an RV. We like to make use of our Airstream 24x for simple things like heating beans, cooking corn, boiling vegetables, and roasting veggies.

  • We like cooking complete food outside for that purpose!

If you actually require more heaters you can also use a portable stove. It can get a bit complex to have two burners going inside and outside, so try to keep it simple and use only one burner when you are living in an Airstream RV. To Entertain Guests Not Enough Space In A Travel Trailer.

You should share your experiences with people who don’t live this way full time. A great part of camping is to share your experiences with people. When it comes to sharing our bonfire, the more cheerful! Inside our Airstream, we have given a dinner for friends and a dinner for at least ten people outside around the travel trailer. How can we arrange a dinner in an Airstream van?

  • Fire is very important when you host a dinner in the Airstream Bambi. You can use fire for something to do while you are talking, for something to chat about, for something to sit around the fire and star into, and for something to cook over!

  • When you host a dinner for friends use a picnic table. At each area, most campgrounds have a picnic table. It gives extra seating, space if you are cooking over the flame, and, obviously, s dining table.

  • Cooler+ comfortable blanket = a big comfortable bench! Bring coolers for your friends. It will create a comfortable environment near your Airstream van.

Not Enough Storage Space

For the food and supplies, there is a lot of space in the Airstream travel trailer. Here’s why.

  • For a little space, the Airstream refrigerators are really large. You don’t require overloading your fried if you are passing near a store daily while traveling. You should do groceries one time a week because of less space in your Airstream van. Bring coolers if you require more cold storage. You can contact the best Airstream dealers in Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee in case of any problem.

  • To keep the coolers in using your tow vehicle. You can keep all the drinks and vegetables in that cooler. Meat, dairy, and other destructible kinds of stuff should keep in the fridge. But when you open the refrigerator frequently meat and dairy can be expired. So, be careful not to open the refrigerator too often particularly if it’s hot outside.

  • You will know there is a lot of space if you are living in any type of RV. Mostly Airstreams are made for some purpose! When we are traveling full time in an Airstream travel trailer we are able to keep a store.

  • You can always be ready ahead of time if you are going out for an adventure. For example, cut the veggies into pieces before you leave and put that veggie in a small bag labeled with the meals they go with.

Not Enough Space In An Airstream RV To Do Dishes

If you are cooking, wash dishes quickly as you go. Assign someone to wash the dishes as you finish with dishes like knives, spoons, cutting boards if you are cooking. Then you only have those dishes you ate with to wash later. At first, you have to wipe out your dishes then wash them. It will be easy to wash later. This is a good tip when you are trying to save water and tank space. If you are hosting a dinner then there will be a number of dishes, wash all of them outside the RV. There is a dishwashing station near most of the campgrounds. You can also read the article “what are the tips for cooking in an RV” for better understanding.

At first, you should fill two tubs with water, use dishwashing soap, and do your dishes outside an Airstream travel trailer. The meal that we take in our RVs is just as significant as the areas we visit because of the company it produces between the two of us or between the sections we are hosting.
